The role can either be based in their Dubai (Business Bay) or Georgia (Batumi) office.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic planning and operational management of all company marketing activities, including promotions, brand events and user growth strategies.Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources of various departments to ensure the achievement of event goals and the maximization of marketing ROI.Analyze market trends and user data to continuously optimize campaign strategies and operational processes.Responsible for the overall budget and cost control of the event, evaluate the effectiveness of the event, review and optimize the results.Communicate with the senior management team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company strategy and impact key business metrics.Requirements:Have many years of experience in event planning and operation, especially experience in gaming or related industries.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams.Possess excellent market insights and data-driven decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.Excellent budget management and cost control capabilities.
