Job description:We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Projects to join our Centre of Excellence team. This pivotal role will lead and support cross-functional projects that drive cost optimization, process excellence, and strategic transformation across the organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Finance to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with our corporate priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management – from scoping to execution and closure – across strategic business initiatives. Collaborate with functional heads to identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and business impact. Utilize structured methodologies (e.g., CAPDO, 4-Box) for project tracking and delivery. Facilitate workshops, brainstorming, and post-implementation reviews. Maintain project governance by reporting progress, risks, and impact via dashboards and impact assessments. Contribute to the development of SOPs, business cases, and policy documentation in support of strategic projects. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CAPM certification (preferred) Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management, business transformation, or related fields Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) Experience with enterprise project management platforms (preferred) Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities Results-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach Adaptable, accountable, and continuously focused on improvement in dynamic business environments
