Job Brief
We are seeking an Order Management & Logistics Executive to oversee local dispatches within the region and manage end-to-end order processing.
The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations, order management, and a strong understanding of incoterms, with knowledge of documentation for dangerous goods being an advantage.
Prior industry experience is beneficial, but candidates from any sector are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Manage local dispatches, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Handle logistics operations for Jebel Ali Free Zone in compliance with local regulations.
Oversee order management processes, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
Ensure compliance with regulations for handling and transporting dangerous goods.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments, including hazardous materials.
Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock movement.
Address and resolve logistics or order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
