OverviewLooking for a highly innovative, proficient, and tech-savvy Director - Tech-Enablement, to lead a team of managers and associates who can identify and deploy internal or external technology solutions across all M42 assets to improve either patient outcomes, patient experience, or operational efficiencies, with the aim to support M42 on its mission to deliver quality, financial, operational excellence and tech-enablement performance. It combines G42 Healthcare’s unique medical and data-centric technologies with Mubadala Health’s world-class patient services and state-of-the-art facilities to provide the highest level of personalized, precise, and preventive care to people.Operating at the forefront of medical advancement, M42 is set to transform the way healthcare is delivered, skilfully bridging the gap between the latest health tech advancements and the clinical outcomes patients receive.ResponsibilitiesManagerialStrategic PlanningBudget ManagementCorporate Performance ManagementPeople ManagementFunctionalManage and supervise a team of managers and associates who are responsible for identifying, evaluating, selecting, and deploying technology solutions that support M42's strategic objectives and operational needs.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, clinical staff, operational staff, vendors, and partners, to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities for technology enablement.Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with M42's strategic plans and prioritizes the most impactful and feasible technology solutions.Ensure that all technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed scope, quality, and specifications.Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of technology solutions, using data-driven metrics and feedback, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and policies for technology enablement, including project management, governance, risk management, compliance, security, and user adoption.Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and developments in technology and healthcare, and identify new opportunities and challenges for M42.Organizational:GovernanceManagement ReportingTechnology ManagementChange ManagementProfessional DevelopmentSkills and attributes for successTech-savvy approach to solutionsTechnological proficiency and strategic foresightA global perspectiveEntrepreneurial acumenExceptional leadership skillsAbility to derive actionable insights from data analyticsQualificationsTo qualify, you must have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering technology solutions, preferably in the healthcare sector.PMI, PMP or PRINCE2 certification.Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising complex and large-scale technology projects, involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners.Strong knowledge and expertise in various technology domains, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, internet of things, mobile applications, etc.Ideally, you’ll also need:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and healthcare.What we look for:If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
