Organization- Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht ClubSummary Deal with day to day administration of the Golf Course. Coordinates activities/events within the department outlets especially during tournaments. Supervises outside staff work performance and monitors duty hours. Works closely with Golf Reservations in coordinating golf booking policies, procedures, daily tee time confirmation and payments. Assist in setting up tournament and shotgun start, and helps the Tournament Administrator in setting up necessary preparations needed in the golf course for any golf event. Coordinates with Golf Maintenance during shotgun and golf tournaments. Makes sure that tournament preparation sheet is distributed and adhered to by outlets concerned. Main contact in terms of staff assistance during big functions. Performs duties as Starter/Marshal at times.
