o   Supporting Sales teams in communication with clients for projects.
o  Manage the Full Cycle of the Company/Principals Registration Process and updates with all different Clients.
o  Support Sales teams in attending tender commercial and technical Openings.
o  Coordinate Effectively clients' needs and requirements as requested by the sales Teams.
o  Follow up on collections of principals/company invoices/payments with Clients.
o  Follow up on collections of principals/company LGs with Clients.
o  Support in preparation of company events, seminars, and exhibitions.
o  Support in marketing activities with the sales team.
o  Support in maintaining company and principals’ catalogs availability and manage with sales team presenting it to clients.
o  Coordinate with principals/company the necessary marketing giveaways, posters,..etc.
o  Assist projects and sales teams in arranging inspection/delivery of equipment to clients.
o  Support sales teams in communication with banks for LGs and LCs.
o  Manage account contact updates in the company system.
o  Coordinate customer satisfaction survey process with Sales.
