Strategy Manager for the Executive Office - Jeddah

That way we not only give, but actively drive the energy transition for a better and greener future.To advance our business in the growing and developing markets in the Middle East we are looking to hire a Strategy Professional who brings the required energy domain knowledge, creativity, business orientation, experience, and dedication as well as a mentality for change. You will work together directly with the senior leadership team of Siemens Energy Middle East out of our office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.What are my responsibilities? The role shall include but is not limited to business strategy on country level with the handling of executive management visits (prepare briefings, agenda, program, customer coordination etc) Excellent preparation of presentations, workshops, and executive summaries! Board meeting preparation, consolidate information from BA, market understanding and excellent in communications (internally and externally) Coordinating and implementing outstanding business strategies, guidelines and principles, in assigned organization. Designing and coordinating strategic plans, programs and measures on business or regional level, and aligning with related strategies and plans, in support of CEO and related executive team. Acts as a trusted advisor for Top Management, in all strategic aspects, in order to identify and follow up on future business opportunities! Ensure continuous analysis and design of strategic positioning of the business overall, and counsel on long term development of the product, service or solutions portfolio. Ensure development of business plans as well as effective controlling of the target setting processes, BTAs, and quarterly reviews. Steer, coordinate, prepare and implement strategic plans including investment strategies, global market research and strategic benchmarking etc. Good in English, Arabic and German language What do I need to qualify for this job? 5+ years of direct experience in the energy oil, gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry within a consulting or engineering environment, preferably in the Middle East region. Conceptual problem solver with a strategic approach; ability to define tangible and implementable concepts Proficient in English and Arabic language is a must. Proficiency in German would be an added advantage. Understanding of middle eastern energy industry Master in Engineering or similar from an accredited university. Demonstrate excellent commercial understanding, possess excellent communication and planning skills, and have a confident and flexible approach to the work. Availability to travel as needed.
