Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an indoor entertainment destination in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining the employees, handling employee engagement, updating HR practices and setting objectives for the HR team.Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and manage the recruitment process to attract, select, and integrate top talent into the organization, fostering a smooth acclimation to the company culture. HR Policy & Culture Development: Collaborate in the creation and implementation of HR practices that align with the organizations values and ensure adherence to current legal regulations. Strategic Selection & Guidance: Provide expert advice to management teams on candidate selection, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize the hiring process. Employee Relations Management: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, fostering open communication, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. Performance Management & Engagement: Develop and implement programs to motivate and engage employees, conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, and guide them in achieving common business objectives. Learning & Development: Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Employee Relations & Communication: Provide a platform for employees to voice complaints, suggestions, and inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Legal Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations, implementing practices to ensure the organization operates within legal frameworks. Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management Proven track record of recruiting, training and retaining the best talent for the company Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills People-oriented and results-driven Familiarity with HR systems and databases Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
