As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the organization's talent management and employee engagement initiatives.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Support employee training and development initiatives.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain employee records.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and teamwork.Work Schedule: FlexibleLocation: Remote / Work from Home
