Job Description

A senior manager is a mid-senior-level position and is considered part of the leadership team within the retail team.You will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing and driving consulting projects that are focused on the retail and F&B industries. The role of Senior Manager will involve sourcing, leading, and managing consulting assignments across the MENA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business development, collaborating with various departments with JLL, cross-selling the various services, and supporting the Retail Head in admin-related matters related to receivables and team-related matters.Main ResponsabilitiesBusiness Development & Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique goals and challenges in the F&B sector.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.Lead in the review, analysis, and development of strategies for new business opportunities.Identify new business opportunities, participate in client acquisition, and contribute to the growth and success of the consulting practice.Lead client communications during project execution.Execution Of AssignmentEnsure the execution of deliverables as per offers and the allocation of tasks within the consulting team.Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.‘Big Idea' for project development models.Project LeadershipLead project teams, including consultants and analysts, in delivering high-quality consulting services. Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of projects.Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Enhance and promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Respect and adhere to the corporate Code of Business Ethics.Strategic AdvisoryDevelop and present strategic recommendations to clients, offering innovative solutions to F&B challenges, such as asset optimization, tenant mix, positioning, recommended operators, expected cashflow., etc.Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and data-driven assessments to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess the feasibility of a F&B asset.Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate and F&B regulations and ensure that clients are in compliance with all relevant laws.Key CompetenciesCustomer-focused: dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establish and maintain effective relationships.Drive for Results: results-oriented; pushes oneself and others to achieve results.Planning and organizing: strong organizational skills, establishing a clear course of action to accomplish goals, the ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once, the ability to use resources effectively and efficiently, measuring performance against goals, and evaluating results.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive and creative.Strong F&B network (private and public entities).Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize.Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding.First class team player with strong relationship skills - able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with clients in a multicultural environment.Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.Professional Competencies7 to 10 years' experience, preferably with F&B and retail companies (retailers, retail developers or retail consulting) and “big four” is an advantage.Previous technical background in F&B (operation and consulting).Strong knowledge of the F&B industry in general and the different market dynamics of the GCC countries.Knowledge of local operators and developers and how they operate.Relevant degree in finance / economics / business preferred / Architecture and design.Good report writing skills.Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations.Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling.Corporate written communication.Knowledge of the local KSA market, geographies, Giga projects, Vision 2023, etc.Good administrative and IT skills.Good numeracy and analytical skillsStrong customer relations skills and ability to work and integrate in a busy team.Location:On-site -Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
