Primary Responsibilities:- Coordinates shipments of products by all modes of transportation.- Maintains relationships and works closely with freight forwarders per ARM guidelines.- Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules.- Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.- Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned.- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.- Arrange for domestic and international shipments by directly communicating with trucking companies, freight forwarders and export packers.- Prepare all required shipping documents.- Assist with traffic related clerical work and special projects as needed.- Comply with and perform Quality Management System requirements.- Comply with and perform HSE requirements for area of responsibility.Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
