Job Description
Job Summary: (Tamheer)The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role ensures that employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the organization’s goals.Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Analysis: Assess and identify the training needs of employees in coordination with department managers.Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials based on organizational requirements.Training Delivery: Facilitate internal training sessions or coordinate with external providers to deliver professional training.Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.Continuous Improvement: Review and update training content regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective.Training Records: Maintain accurate documentation and records of all training activities.Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and external training providers to ensure smooth execution of training plans.Support Development Plans: Assist in career development and succession planning through training initiatives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in training, learning and development, or human resources is preferred.Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to design engaging training materials and programs.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Tamheer Program Requirements:Nationality: Applicant must be a Saudi citizen.Educational Qualification:Must hold a diploma from an accredited technical, health, or administrative institute or college (minimum one academic year – two semesters),Or must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.Employment Status: Applicant must not be currently employed in the public or private sector.Social Insurance Registration: Applicant must not be registered in the social insurance system or with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development within the last six months.Previous Benefits: Applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
