Educational Support Internship at Edutech Labs
Job Description: Join our internship program to gain hands-on experience in customer service and educational support. As an intern, you'll assist students in achieving their English learning goals, support their success in exams like IELTS and TOEFL, and help potential students through the course registration process.
The intern will learn:
- Effective communication and customer support techniques via social media and email.
- Strategies for guiding students through academic and registration processes.
- Collaborative skills within cross-functional teams.
- Execution and support of creative initiatives for student engagement.
- Professional development skills to advance within an educational support environment.

Internship Start Date: Immediately upon successful completion of the interview process.

Internship Requirements

Working Hours:
