Job Title: Arabic Teacher (Full-Time)
Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland
School: International British School (Bright Beginnings)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arabic Teacher to join our team at an International British School located in Hargeisa, Somaliland. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching Arabic and will have a strong understanding of the Al-Arabiyah Bayn Yadayk curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Arabic to students of various levels, following the Al-Arabiyah Bayn Yadayk series.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British school curriculum.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Participate in school activities and meetings.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in Arabic.
- A degree in Education, Arabic, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with the Al-Arabiyah Bayn Yadayk book.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to an international school environment.
