Job Description
Work closely with the Client's engineering leads and act as the technical point of contact.
Develop the work share execution plan with other offices.
Provide project hour estimating, planning, and forecasting for all engineering functions.
Coordinate and facilitate design reviews.
Manage engineering change management and generate MOCs as required.
Support proposals, sales, projects and aftermarket departments/activities as required.
Work closely with project managers and planner to develop the Project Schedule.
Provide input to the Lessons Learned process and utilize findings from the process to update tools and processes.
Initiate Technical clarification/deviations for submission to client during project execution stage Prepare/coordinate in deliverables preparation such as Equipment list, Master Document List, Weight control report and other deliverables which involved inter-discipline coordination.
Provide coaching and mentoring of more junior engineers within the department.
