We working with a newly created fund in Abu Dhabi who are looking for a Company Secretary to support their secretariat function. The company secretary will act as a liaison between the company's board of directors, management, and external stakeholders.You must have an undergraduate degreeYou must have at least 5 years experience working in a Company Secretary capacityYou must have experience supporting the board of directors, working with corporate governance frameworks and advising on compliance mattersYou must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
