Vacancy Description
Responsible for learning solution management: act as a strategic partner from design to execution of high impact learning solutions in own scope in support of strategic goals of the business.
Responsible for content curation for parts of the FrieslandCampina (FC) Academy: ensure content curation and accessibility of the offering of the FC Academy in such a way that content is updated and relevant and in support of the strategic priorities of the business for the business group in scope of this role.
Support effectiveness of learning processes: contribute to the development of standardized L&D processes, including learning needs analysis for own scope, and support driving consistency and standardization in our offering to maximize operational efficiency, speed and effectiveness of the global L&D function.
Own learning measurement and continuous improvement of learning solutions in own scope: measure the effectiveness of solutions in own scope, in order to determine areas for improvement and continuously evolve learning solutions.
Responsible for the analysis of learning needs of own region
Navigate a complex matrix organization consisting of several countries and stakeholders within the region

The Learning Partner MEPA (Middle East, Pakistan & Africa) region will join the regional team overseeing the learning solutions for Europe, Americas and MEPA, which is part of the global L&D team.
We are a collaborative team that is highly service oriented and enjoys the partnerships we build with one another and with our client groups.
