In alignment with the MCL sales process and the clients they are assigned to work with in collaborative selling.Accountable for generating new business revenue and co-developing with our clients their specific account and/or test selling and promotional strategies.In collaboration with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients, project annual sales growth, market dynamics and economic conditions. Co-develop and implement business plans for territory/accounts with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients.Effectively sell and compel buying influences to move testing to Mayo and their clients by differentiating from competing interests. Coordinate appropriate resources, develop presentations and participate in the bid process for new and upsell opportunities.In collaboration with Product Managers and the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers identify specific tests or groups of tests that are differentiated in the market and pursue upsells to targeted clients. With regional manager, negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development and execution and monitor the accurate lock-in of prices.Frequent travel required.This position will be located in Dubai, UAE. This is a telework position and requires incumbent to work from an office in their home. An MCL office is available for the CSR to utilize when needed. QualificationsBachelor's and three years’ experience in sales (preferably within the market segment they will be representing (e.g., Hematology/Oncology), physician/client facing contact or negotiating contracts within a hospital or laboratory setting.This position requires incumbent to work from an office in their home located with territory of support: Middle East This is a telework position and requires incumbent to work from an office in their home located within Dubai. An MCL office is available for the CSR to utilize when needed. This is not an expatriate position. Additional QualificationsMaster's in business, medical technology, or sciences preferred. Must have excellent human relations, management, and communications skills.Must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible, and able to perform well within multifunctional environments, and be customer focused.Ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously and to exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing projects. Decision-making and problem-solving ability, adherence to Mayo Clinic and MCS policies and procedures.Ability to function and work in a diverse work environment while selling MCS Services and providing direction to clients in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner. Keeping a positive and courteous tone, particularly in adversarial discussions.
