Role Overview:

We are looking for confident, results-driven Remote Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our team. Your role is to guide potential buyers or sellers through the sales process and help close mutually beneficial deals. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads and see them through to the finish line. If you're skilled at building rapport, presenting offers, and closing deals with confidence, this opportunity is for you.

This is a guaranteed salaried position. Your hard work will always be rewarded with reliable income. On top of your base salary, commission bonuses will also be provided depending on the client and performance, giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads and guide clients through the real estate sales process
  • Represent our team with professionalism and care in all interactions
  • Present property listings, handle objections, and negotiate effectively
  • Build trust and strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and agents
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Work closely with appointment setters and leadership to ensure seamless hand-offs
