We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring off-market residential properties. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and confident Acquisitions Manager to help us source and close deals across key U.S. markets—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with motivated U.S. property owners via phone
Qualify leads and analyze real estate investment opportunities
Make competitive cash offers and negotiate contract terms
Secure signed agreements and manage deal flow
Track activity and progress in our CRM
Meet monthly performance goals for closed deals

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in real estate acquisitions or high-ticket phone sales
Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)
Confident phone presence and skilled in objection handling
Familiarity with tools like Zillow, Redfin, PropStream
CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred but not required)
