Job Description

About Role:We are hiring to help us in our Human Resources (HR) department. This job is for an HR Assistant. We want someone who has worked in an office before, knows how to use Microsoft Excel, is good at organizing things, and can talk to people nicely. As an HR Assistant, you'll help with different tasks like paperwork, helping new people start their job (onboarding), helping people leave their job (offboarding), and arranging travel plans.Responsibilities:Here are the main things they will do:Help with the everyday tasks in the HR department. Support the HR Manager with office work. Keep track of employee records. Fill out paperwork. Help with small HR projects. Handle questions from employees about HR stuff. Help with getting paychecks ready. Help with hiring new people; talk to job applicants, set up interviews, and give feedback. Do any other office tasks related to HR.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:Have worked as an HR Assistant or in a similar job before. Know how to use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Good at organizing things and doing many things at once. Pay close attention to small details and do paperwork carefully. Can talk and write well. Can keep things secret and handle private information carefully. Can help at the front desk if needed. It's better if you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or something related.
