Job Description
The role involves supporting the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM activities while managing data segmentation across departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Aftersales Support: Handle customer inquiries and requests (e.g., modifications, site visits, project updates, payment arrangements, contract issues, rescheduling, terminations).
- CRM System Management: Update customer feedback and report technical issues.
- Client Meetings: Facilitate and follow up on meetings with relevant departments (Finance, Legal, Engineering, Sales).
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers during events, deliveries, announcements, and offers.
- Event & Exhibition Support: Represent the company at events and exhibitions, managing sales rotations and customer distributions.
- Handover Experience: Oversee and facilitate the property handover process.
Job Requirements
1. University degree –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field or information technology.
2. (1\ 3) years of experience in CRM.
3. Previous CRM experience with real-estate field is a MUST
