Job Description
- Answering Guest emails and Messages
- Arranging Guest tours and travels around Egypt
- Dealing and answering all questions related to our reservations to our front desk staff .
- Connecting with our guests before arrival and make sure that everything is going right before and after the stay .
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
