Job Description

  • Responsible for typing letters, memoranda, faxes, reports, etc.
  • Responsible for photocopying and printing documents.
  • Responsible for handling simple requests from employees.
  • Welcoming our VIP visitors and cooperating with other staff as necessary.
  • Responsible for handling all postal letters and packages.
  • Responsible for the company's communication billings.
  • Maintain, order and receive all supplies needed.
  • Preparing, managing, Drafting, and formatting office correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Organizing and distribute meetings around different meeting rooms.
  • Handle catering arrangements for meetings and visitors.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and appointments.
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Female is preferable.
  • very good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Team working & Organizational skills.
