Job Description
- Follow up with our customers in using Whatsapp, live video rarely by phone
- Collecting data of customers (broadcaster) meeting the criteria of the business needs.
- Follow up and answer to whatsapp messages to all question to all customer (broadcaster).
- Follow up the performance of the broadcaster and solve their problems.
- Send the company offers to the customers daily to achieve the target.
- Check all the platforms you are assigned with and analyze them according to business needs.
- Handle our social media accounts (Post suitable content daily – Reply to customers inquiries).
Job Requirements
- Graduated only
- Experience: 1 - 3 years as an agent
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in live streaming apps (bigo live-tik tok-likee) preferred
- Good at English (written-speaking-reading)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office
- Max age 30
