- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
- Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents
- Handle the on boarding of new employees.
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
- Years of Experience: 3-4 years, preferably in Retail
- Massive hiring experience is a must .
- Very Good command of English
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage stress & meet deadline
