Job Description
- Establish/ develop health and safety management system (Policy – sites EHS Plan – Risk assessment – Emergency Plan - Procedures – Training program – organization duties and responsibilities etc.,)
- Advise and recommend site management on Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
- Define the project EHS objectives and assist in the development of the project EHS program, plans and procedures
- Review, audit and monitor the implementation of EHS programs and plans.
- Analyze project EHS performance and advise accordingly.
- Resolve EHS related management conflicts.
- Establish health and safety training program and deliver on site trainings for the company staff.
- Day to day site activity supervision.
- Assess all the workplace associated risks and provide risk mitigation measures.
- Leading site incident investigation using root cause analysis techniques.
- Inspection of all tools and equipment.
- Scaffold inspection and validation.
- PPE and safety tools selection according to the international standard.
- Assist the company to compliance with all local safety regulation and legal requirement.
- Assist the company to comply and adhere to customer safety requirement.
- Assist the company to be ISO 45001 and 14001 certified.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English skill.
- Certified or have awareness training in ISO 45001 and 14001.
- BSc in engineering, science or equivalent.
- Excellent skills in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
