Job Description
- Run and Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of Aluminum and glassworks.
- Managing production and planning activities from preprocessing up to final inspection
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Estimate the Cost of Aluminum and glass and prepare budget control for each project.
- Prepare material, quantity take-off, and fabrication cutting list.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during installation.
- Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly.
- Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
- Responsible for Allocation of Material.
- Contribute ideas for improving the final products and processes.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Issue and process requisitions for quotations to subcontractors/suppliers.
- Calculate the cost for quotations according to the required materials, overheads...etc.
- Responsible for material allocation.
- Prepare shop drawings for aluminum profiles (doors, windows curtain wall, and skylight)
- Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction.
- prepare production and installation plan
- follow up on techincal details and quality.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in working on engineeringdesign programs and architecturaldemonstration (AutoCAD + Revit+ sketch up)
- Proficiency in working on officeprograms (Microsoft Office -word + Excel+ power Point)Power BI is preferable It is preferableto master thework on theplanning programs Primavera or MicrosoftProject
- IT IS PREFERABLE THAT HEHAS PREVIOUSLY WORKED ONTHE SPECIALIZED PROGRAM FOR THE DOOR AND WINDOWEGYPTAL
- Has the ability to dealwith technicians in thefactory or sites
- He has the basicconcepts on theapplication of quality standards
- Has the ability to movebetween different locations in the governorates.( Preferably a car)
- He must be a resident of Greater Cairo or Giza
- Has the ability to work with multitasking Has the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience from zero to two years in the field of aluminum (glass curtain wall + sky light domes + ACP cladding + pergolas + door and window + shutters).
- Working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Salary starts from 6000 EGP
