Job Description
- Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to project managers and clients.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
