Job Description
•Participate in establishing the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standard.
•Prepare and plan for audits.
•Conduct Planned and random audits and report the findings.
•Follow up on the corrections, and corrective actions (CAR) with the process owner.
•Prepare for and follow up on the result of the Management Review Meeting.
•Review and validate process design considering workflow, cycle time, and document control requirements.
•Contribute to process performance analysis and process capability assessments.
•Participate in process improvement initiatives.
•Develop Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements for processes based on the best practices.
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
•1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Management System auditing.
•Certified ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor/ lead auditor.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Very good understanding to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide solutions.
•Very good command of English language.
•Excellent in writing Modern Standard Arabic language.
•Knowledge of process modeling and BPMN 2.0. is preferred.
•Analytical and statistical background (statistical or six sigma courses are preferable)
