Job Description
- Perform risk assessment to identify expected risk and take necessary actions to be eliminated.
- Train and couch work partners to enhance safety culture.
- Perform regular visits to compony sites to ensure employees adhere to safety procedures and report any deviations.
- Ensure HSE systems are working smoothly, such as firefighting , first aiders.
- Analyze the root and immediate causes of accidents, near-misses, unsafe actions, and unsafe conditions.
- Conduct statistical analyses related to safety and health metrics.
- Ability Perform HAZOP process analysis.
- Identify and assess risks within the workplace.
- Demonstrate full knowledge and awareness of Labor Law Book Five.
- Possess comprehensive understanding of Egyptian Environmental Law No. 4 of 1994 and its updates.
- Have basic knowledge of the Egyptian fire code in its entirety.
- Familiarity with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Job Requirements
- Holds a higher practical scientific qualification (science, pharmacy, engineering).
- Holds the International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH IGC).
- Completed an occupational safety and health specialist course.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental management, preferably in an industrial work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SPSS, or Mini tab.
- Ability to operate within the HAZCOM system.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
