Job Description
- Review As-Is process workflow, and trigger gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvements.
- Design business requirements, that ensure the business process activities streamline.
- Apply problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma methodology with stakeholders.
- Analyze business scenarios, and transactional data and propose improvements actions.
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up corrective actions against standards and frameworks.
- Participate with IT system teams in process digitization, digitalization, and automation.
- Participate in the auditing and the evaluating of any new supplier related to the production sector.
- • Lead the continuous quality control improvement activities to achieve the company’s quality control goal.
Job Requirements
- Proper communication and change management skills are a must.
- Project management and Presentation skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt(Required)
- ISO 9001 Lead audit (Required)
- ISO 45001 & Social accountability knowledge is preferred.
