Job Description
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop new premiere business clients with maximized conversion rates.
- Get in contact with all provided potential-clients from the company within a timely manner and fill in Sales Software (CRM) appropriately.
- Conduct proper sales follow up in order to maximize sales conversions.
- Assist clients with making the right considerations by presenting the most suitable solutions.
- Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related goals, and deadlines.
- Set up whether in office or outside office sales meetings and fill in meeting reports regularly.
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer
inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints. - Coordinate with the processing team, follow up with clients regarding anything related to
their files until the file is completed and ready to be sent to the concerned Government. - Collaborate with reporting managers 'to/from:'
- Provide a world-class client service during the entire application process.
- Signing to delivery of citizenship or residency.
- Attend internal and external meetings as required.
- Identify new business opportunities and new markets.
- Represent the firm while networking at relevant conferences and events, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field).
- 4+ years of experience.
- Preferably female.
- Nationality: All nationalities acceptable.
- Languages: Fluent, both in Arabic and English.
- Customer-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
