Job Description

  • Responsible for establishing the Department and hiring the needed staff.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifies opportunities in different sectors to establishing a pipeline which will meet company’s targets.
  • Responsible for establishing value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities.
  • Responsible for prepares business plan and sales forecasting and submitting monthly sales reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of product, services, solution, market and competitive know how.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting to customers technical and financial proposals.
  • Responsible for following up with Purchasing and Operations Department for delivery and implementation of technical solutions, implementation and services.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Senior sales executive
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in the light current field
