Job Description
- Responsible for establishing the Department and hiring the needed staff.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifies opportunities in different sectors to establishing a pipeline which will meet company’s targets.
- Responsible for establishing value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities.
- Responsible for prepares business plan and sales forecasting and submitting monthly sales reports.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of product, services, solution, market and competitive know how.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting to customers technical and financial proposals.
- Responsible for following up with Purchasing and Operations Department for delivery and implementation of technical solutions, implementation and services.
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Senior sales executive
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in the light current field
