Job Description
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare and update project cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance (schedule, cost, resources).
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to track project health.
- Analyze and report variances between actual and planned performance.
- Support risk management by identifying potential issues and suggesting mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, procurement, and contractors to collect project data.
- Track and manage change orders and their impact on project scope and budget.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in site visits, audits, and progress meetings when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- [2–4] years of experience in project controls in the civil or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with cost control, quantity surveying, and project reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
