Job Description
PRINCIPLE DUTIES
- Manage a group of Nawah’s accounts and customers
- Maintain excellent relations with Nawah’s clients, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry calls, manage email and WhatsApp account
- Handling customer visits and receiving samples
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Uploading Reports to clients
- Representing Nawah in scientific conferences
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of reports
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/faculty of pharmacy or Science or Agriculture
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
- A good track record of participation in student activities is important
- Excellent English, spoken and written
- Good communication, presentation, and selling skills
- Cairo or Giza residence is a must
