Job Description
- Determine the goals of the human resources team and follow up on the achievements periodically.
- Design and implementimplemaent the institution’s policies to help improve the work environment.
- Developing various wage and benefit plans.
- Support and suggest improvements in the entire recruitment process.
- Plan to host recruitment events and participate in various employment events.
- Discuss employee career development paths with managers.
- Monitor human resource metrics such as hiring percentage rates and cost of hiring processes.
- Review departmental budgets.
- Organizing learning and development programs for the various departments.
- Ensuring that human resources personnel meet employee requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Follow-up human resources procedures to comply with the labor law.
- Preparing and submitting reports.
- Solve problems that occur between employees and management.
- Evaluating the performance of employees in order to motivate them and encourage them to develop and improve performance.
