Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Sales Team Leader - Cairo Sales Operations Lead Lead Sales Team The sales team leader is responsible for helping the team achieve their overall team targets, providing training and coaching as needed, creating sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets, collaborating with other departments such as marketing and CS to ensure ongoing revenue is maintained.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Overseeing a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Achieve certain team revenue target set by the sales manager each month
- Achieve team calls target per day-week-month set by sales manager
- Achieve team average talk-time target set by sales manager
- Ensure his team is following quality guidelines to achieve average quality score set by TQM team.
- Work to maintain the average prequalifying time for his team below the target set by Sales Manager
- Achieve a monthly team target of the number of new customers acquisition set by the sales manager
