Job Description
- Record attendance permission and leaves data for all employees at various company sites to prepare the attendance and database.
- Calculate the temporary worker's salary after receiving the salary payment letter from recruitment and send it to the financial sector to proceed.
- Record employees vacation on the database to set the balance of employees' vacations
- Review employee's monthly salary to proceed installment purchase request to ensure that the terms of the purchase order in installments are met based on the employee's monthly salary
- Complete all the personal data and documents of the employees to open a bank account that are dealt with to release the monthly salary.
- Extract the employees ’salary details to prepare a letter of human resources for use with the external authorities based on the required purposes job requirements
- Handling all Hiring process, social insurance form 1,2,6 and prepare ATM requests and any other relevant tasks.
- Ensure that all HR Practices are complying with Labor Law regulations.
- Responsible for company medical insurance in terms of getting approvals, refunds, and claims for employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Highly Communication Skills.
- Ability to meet agreed deadlines and work under pressure.
- Very good computer skills & Microsoft Office user(Excel & Word )
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good in English written and speaking.
