Job Description
- Managing direct the customer service team to achieve the monthly target.
- Ensure that the "Shipment Support" shipped all required orders on a daily basis.
- Solving all problems related to order processing, such as providing the required items, following up with the shipping company...etc.
- Submit a daily report to G.M updating the online situation in terms of the number of orders required per day (how many are completed - how many orders are being prepared - orders issues and how to solve it.
- Support the customer service team by answering inquiries regarding the shipment of orders/ handling customers.
- Entering the returns on our website and provide reasons for each return/refund per each one.
- Coordination with the shipping company in all matters related to orders, freight and account statement.
- Submit a monthly report on the target statues, detailed with reasons for target achievement.
- Follow-up and supervise for: updating the site’s inventory and ensuring the effectiveness of the stock level for each model.
- Manage and Supervise the Shipment Support team.
- E-Commerce Manager is considered on the site as a Website Admin and supervise the distribution of the authorities on our website.
- Coordination with the Marketing team and the Social Media team regarding e-commerce performance.
- Increasing the Delivery Rate & Decreasing the Return Rate
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in most of all of the following areas: web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, customer service, e-commerce, fraud detection/loss prevention.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience developing contracts and partnerships with external agencies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platform technology preferred.
- Very Good computer skills (especially Excel)
- E-Commerce experience is a MUST
- Fluent English
