Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget—ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. The role involves coordinating internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver smart system integration projects across sectors such as IT infrastructure, security systems.

• Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Prepare detailed project implementation plans using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Execution & Monitoring:
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, commissioning) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and KPIs to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular meetings and progress reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Resolve issues related to project execution, scope changes, and resource constraints.
• Contract & Documentation Oversight:
  • Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and approvals are in place and aligned with project needs.
  • Manage scope changes and project claims in coordination with commercial and legal teams.
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Handover & Closure:
  • Finalize project delivery, client training, system handover, and documentation.
  • Conduct lessons-learned sessions to improve future project performance.
