About the Role
You’ll play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential customers, helping fill the calendar for our account executives, and refining our outreach strategy alongside the founders.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role perfect for someone hungry to learn, grow, and help shape the sales motion at an early-stage startup.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify high-potential clients to target
- Launch and iterate outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track outreach metrics
- Help refine our ICP, messaging, and outreach playbooks based on feedback
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in a sales or business development role (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive. You can manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
- Curious about customer pain points and how to solve them
Bonus: Experience selling to customer support, ops, or CX teams
