Job Description
- Content, SEO & Performance (65%)
- Build and execute monthly content calendars across multiple clients (blogs, social media captions, landing pages).
- Supervise SEO roadmaps, monitor implementation progress, and evaluate results.
- Coordinate with content writers, review blogs and posts, and ensure SEO-driven quality.
- Stay updated with SEO/SEM trends and publish curated updates/news in low-workload periods.
- Prepare recurring performance and SEO reports (organic ranking, traffic, ROI).
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical fixes in coordination with dev teams). 2. Operations & Assistance (35%)
- Act as a personal assistant during working hours, ensuring smooth communication across task management tools (Trello, Monday.com) and chat platforms (Slack, WhatsApp).
- Maintain and update recurring reports (media plans, dashboards) with accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in client coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Be the organized shadow for the lead consultant, ensuring tasks are tracked, updated, and delivered.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Age between 26 – 31.
- Strong attention to detail, fact-orientation, and reporting skills.
- Previous experience balancing content/SEO work with operational/assistant duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay responsive across multiple platforms.
