We’re hiring Customer Support Representatives for a launching account in the food delivery industry — no prior experience needed!

Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support through voice and non-voice channels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and effective assistance
- Follow internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using the provided tools
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
