Job Description
- Receive the project documents (BOQ & Design) and send it to the assigned technical office team and tendering.
- Handle all official communications (emails, letters, drawings, samples etc.) between Leeds TFM and the clients.
- Handle all communications between the technical office team and site teams during the project.
- Coordinate needed approvals from the client or the landlords to support project progress.
- Keep track of all communications (emails, correspondences, forms, drawings, samples, etc.) that may cause cost or time impact on the project for reference and update.
- Coordinate with HSE team Develop HSE team to ensure compliance on all projects.
- Schedule weekly client’s site meetings and develop minutes of meeting to be sent to all attendees/concerned parties.
- Prepare all division documentations, forms, correspondences, reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- 2-5 years in a same position in (finishing - Fit out ) companies its required .
- Excellent communication skills.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Details orientation and Problem-solving skills.
