Job Description
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to finance and operations processes.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide functional expertise in areas such as financial management, supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, and more.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, data migration, and custom development, if required.
- Provide support during system implementations, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, Finance and Supply Chain modules are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address business challenges effectively.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, are preferred.
