• Coordinate with the Production Manager to set daily and monthly production plans.
• Adhere to standard specifications for each product without making any changes.
• Execute the daily production plan and resolve production-related issues.
• Supervise the performance of all employees in the production department.
• Participate in identifying essential raw materials for the production process.
• Report any malfunctions and maintenance needs to ensure department functionality.
• Monitor and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Oversee the implementation of health and occupational safety precautions by the floor supervisor.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Production Manager.
• Evaluate all employees and set their KPIs.
• Implement R&D proposals for introducing new products.
• Enforce all quality instructions.
• Maintain consistency in product specifications (taste, color, smell).
• Directly supervise CIP (Cleaning in Place) activities.
• Responsible for sterilizing all production lines and verifying readiness for operation.
• Contribute to identifying the department’s training needs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and activities, reporting any deviations.
• Fully accountable for production rates and ensuring product standards are met.Address any additional tasks required to achieve company objectives.

Administrative Duties:
