Being part of a new team to create a learning culture at the company.
Recommends, designs develop and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career
development, wellness, succession planning & productivity development facilitated both online and in person.
Assesses needs, analyzes gaps, research best practices, and partners with Human
Resources colleagues and College management to identify, develop and implement successful and innovative learning and development programs.
Continually monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of programs and makes needed adjustments.
Coordinates learning and development program activities including forming committees, scheduling, event logistics, and vendor relations.
Develops integrated talent/performance/learning reports, dashboards, and portals in support of the learning organization.
Identifies, develops, and offers training in the use of online resources and technologies to support organizational development.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related
field
Experience: at least 2 years
Tech background is a plus
Self-motivated and have a desire to build projects from scratch is the core of this role.
Excellent English speaking & writing.
Proficient With Excel – advanced level & power-point.
Test technology platforms for functionality and technical compatibility Makka.
Communicate to a variety of audiences.
Working with diverse cultures.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
