Job Description
We are a growing tech startup building cloud-based SaaS platforms tailored to the Arabic market. A software House with a core team in Cairo, and we aim to combine agility, purpose, and clarity in everything we do.
- Manage the day-to-day flow of technical projects, coordinating with backend, Flutter, and admin teams.
- Break down requirements into clear, actionable tasks using tools like Monday, Trello, and Notion
- Conduct daily or weekly standups and follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze technical project requirements deeply and translate them into structured implementation plans.
- Write concise weekly progress reports for the founder and flag any blockers or risks early.
- Act as the communication bridge between the team and management to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support documentation of workflows and development processes for long-term scalability.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical project management or similar coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect and organize software development projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Comfortable working with development teams and understanding their terminology (you don’t need to code, but you should “speak tech”).
- Excellent documentation and task tracking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- High communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
Nice to Have:
- Background in software engineering or business analysis.
- Experience working in early-stage startups.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
