Job Description
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects from contract award to final delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and technical specifications in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Develop detailed project timelines and resource plans
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and production milestones
- Coordinate between design, production, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management on status, risks, and issues.
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead or participate in project review and post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and great educational background, preferably in the fields of technical projects management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with production & management quality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning & coordinating skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, prioritize & compartmentalize projects.
- Conflict management and resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexible to work in 10th of Ramadan.
